Link Staffing Services is currently seeking high-energy Account Managers for our Dallas, TX office. This position will focus on establishing and growing relationships with businesses and industry that utilize industrial workers.
The industrial sector is in a very fast growth period and companies need top notch talent. Link can provide that talent to these companies. This is an excellent opportunity in a strong market with a great organization. Outstanding territory with unlimited earning potential.
Job Requirements
Develop a monthly plan to effectively market Link's staffing services in the sales territory.
Generate a specific gross dollar volume and gross dollar profit for each operating period.
Maintain contact with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and obtain additional sales leads and job placements.
Effective telemarketing/tele-selling, which generates an adequate schedule of sales appointments.
Responsible for growth of additional business each week.
Qualified candidate will have 1 to 2 years outside sales experience in a cold calling and relationship building environment. College Degree preferred.
