POSITION SUMMARY

As a leader within our CBOSS (Corporate Business Operations Support Systems) organization, you will cooperate with employees across our global operations. You will take ownership for CRM systems design, deployment and support in the company. You will manage a dedicated team of CRM specialists working for RIM and/or consulting organizations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:
• Building solid relationships with Sales and Marketing organizations
• Delivering new solutions as needed by Sales and Marketing groups
• Supporting current Salesforce.com and SAP CRM solutions
• Improving the integration between Salesforce.com and SAP CRM systems
• Expanding the use of SAP CRM to leverage its integration with other components of SAP and deliver additional value to business units
• Leading or being a prominent member of cross-functional initiatives for customers data architecture and cleanup
• Ability to critically view business processes from a technical integration perspective and identify opportunities for improvements and re-design
• Experience with other CRM platforms and offshore resource management would be desirable







ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate is a proven Manager experienced in both Salesforce.com and SAP CRM implementations. Key skills include:
• Outstanding technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP CRM platforms
• Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions
• Experience in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
• Extensive Enterprise and Consumer business industry experience
• Able to collaborate with internal and external clients, identify engagement follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel
• Strong configuration and design skills
Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for an individual with a demonstrable track record of high performance and increasing technical and managerial responsibility throughout their career. You should have 3 to 5 years of experience managing a team of SAP CRM or Salesforce.com specialists, and at least 8 years as an individual contributor in the CRM functional area. Experience working in complex multinational businesses would be considered advantageous.
