Major financial firm expanding in the North East is looking to train financial managers to lead a team of planners. Financial manager exercise their knowledge of investments, tax laws and insurance in order to suggest financial alternatives to business firms and individuals that will coordinate with both their short term and long term financial goals. Various issues that financial manager assess are retirement and estate plans, debt management, Emergency Fund creation, college funding, risk management, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance and other relevant investment options. We offer a very generous commission structure with up to 65% payouts based on your performance level with the ability to receive residuals and trails.

Typical activities include:

-Attend meetings and supervise other associate's production and set goals and objectives;
-Providing and interpreting financial information;
-Analysing change and advising accordingly;
-Formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
-Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
-Developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk;
-Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
-Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts;
-Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation;

Requirements

-No prior experience is necessary (training will be provided);
-Sales, marketing, finance background preferred but not required;
-Excellent oral and written communication skills;
-Ability to work as a member of a team;
-Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail is also required;
-Be able to prepare and follow detailed procedures and ensure accuracy in documentation and data;
-Must obtain state licenses within 60 days of hired
-Background check required;
-Reliable transportation is required;

COMMISSION only (plus renewals, trails, overrides and bonus pools)

$ 32,000 to 38,400 Yr Part time
$ 90,000 to 150,000 Yr Full time
