Java Developers for IT firm in QC (Direct Hire)

Responsibilities:

Software Developers will be responsible for development and deployment, and will be expected to participate in defining solutions that include both hardware and software components.
Software Developers will be expected to work independently or in teams with minimum supervision, and must use industry best practices to deliver high-quality code.
Development teams will be organized to work on front-end interfaces and back-end interfaces simultaneously.
Requirements:

4+ years professional software development experience utilizing Java/J2EE technologies
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent experience preferred
Familiarity with distributed computing
Must be knowledgeable in SQL and experienced with very large databases
Familiarity with Apache Tomcat webserver and Unix/Linux
Familiarity with JUnit testing and Subversion control
Experienced in technical design and technical documentation
For front-end programming, utilizing Java web development frameworks like Spring, Struts, Tiles, Tapestry, etc
For back-end programming, utilizing object-relational mapping tools like Hibernate and Java Persistence API, and MySQL InnoDB pluggable storage engine
Knowledge of J2EE design principles and patterns for enterprise applications
