As the incumbent, you will drive requirements, maintain large project plans and communicate with team members as well as stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely fashion. In addition, this Project Manager would identify areas of improvement to current processes and work with all team members to roll out enhancements. Essential Job Function: • Track multiple projects in development communicate progress back to management, creative and production teams • Maintain contact with tech partners to monitor and track development of featured items designated for their creation • Maintain contact with internal Technical Director to monitor and track development of featured items designated for creation by our own internal engineering team • Maintain contact with Production to maintain and ensure scope and schedule of projects are viable • Be point person monitoring and tracking progress on our two external outsourcing houses Minimum Qualifications: • 3 years experience in the gaming industry • Be prepared to work with a great Team of producers, Character Artists, 3D Artists, 2D Artists, UI Artists, Game Designers, Technical Artists, Engineers/Programmers, and leaders. • Proficiency with software tools: MSProject (able to create, manage and work from a Gantt chart), Excel (proficiency in managing data within spreadsheets), Visio (proficiency with flow chart development), Word, PowerPoint, Perforce • Be able to wrap all production data up to develop, maintain, and review an organized development chart for multiple projects • Proven experience in tracking and assisting in the development of projects and teams. • Be able to quickly promote scheduling issues/complications and work with production and management to flag items as they become issues so that the team can make proper decisions with up-to-date data Desired skills: • A team player, adept at building relationships across organizations • Can work and schedule against multiple projects and vendors simultaneously • Be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing requirements • High attention to details, self-starter with the ability to make quick and concise decisions www.trilogystudios.com Please send submissions to jobs@trilogystudios.com.
