The candidates responsibilities will include design, development and execution of large systems test plans as well as implementing test cases on small and medium sized applications. Long Description: Experienced Tester to design and implement a testing program for avariety of projects, ranging from J2EE web applications to COTS products that have been integrated into a customer application to Lotus Notes databases. The candidates responsibilities will include design, development and execution of large systems test plans as well as implementing test cases on small and medium sized applications. Must be able to quickly familarize with requirements, report of the testability of the requirements and determine the testing level of effort for a wide variety of project simultaneiously. The candidate will assist PMs and developers in understanding how testing can be integrated in the software development lifecycle. Desire knowledge of defect tracking systems, developing and implementing regression automation strategies, and tools necessary for test data creation and automated testing. Technical writing skills are essential for providing feedback and documentation. Hands-on experience with test-driven development is a plus.
