This manager will report to the Director of Operations and take responsibility for leading a team of I/T professionals who focus on developing and running the corporate ERP Systems. You will be the responsible for delivering I/T solutions to internal business clients within time and budget. The most often used modules of the ERP are Finance, CRM and Human Resources with an emphasis on Finance. Responsibilities: Your strong background in managing teams will lend itself nicely to this team of ten comprising of team leads, project managers and functional and technical experts in Finance, CRM and Human Resources. This group has a very open collaborative and transparent culture so we are looking for an individual who can manage, mentor and grow this unique team. You will have knowledge of the mechanics of enterprise systems so that you can liaise with executives at a strategic level and manage your team at a tactical level.
